STRAWBERRY MOON FESTIVAL The Strawberry Moon Festival is a celebration of rural arts, crafts and local music being held at Tittesworth Reservoir just outside Leek, Staffs on the weekend of 30 June and 1 July. There will be rural crafts as well as dance, music and drama. The main stage will feature around 20 unsigned bands from around the country although the emphasis is on the local area. Saturday is headlined by Koopa - the only unsigned band to hit the charts twice! In addition Patchwork Grace - favourites from ROCK 247's Unsigned show - will be be appearing alongside bands such as The Skalinskis and others. Sunday features another band played on Rock 247 Online - The James Warner Prophecies - as well as Censored, The Starrlings and The Allyscamps. Festival times are 11am to 11pm on Saturday, 11am to 6pm Sunday, and admission is £5 (concessions and children £2.50). You can download a leaflet on the event here. And ROCK 247 Online will be there!
